It’s not every day that a really big dream comes true – but today I’m beyond excited to announce that one of my long-held creative wishes has actually materialized with the opening of a brand new teaching studio in Windsor, Ontario!

The Artful3 Studio founding directors (of which I am one!) each have a passion for the arts, work in an eclectic variety of media, and thrive on extending our own personal creativity to others through teaching (in my case, Zentangle®). The group of us decided to join together to share studio space and resources, which will enable us to offer a wide range of art classes to the local community, all under one roof. We’ve already lined up an amazing series of multi-disciplinary classes for all age groups, held at different times of the day and evening throughout the week, so there’s something available to accommodate everyone’s schedule and interests. So many possibilities!

On a practical note, one of the things I’m thrilled about is the fact that the entire studio is all on one level, on the ground floor. No stairs! It was a priority for me to find an accessible space and I’m so pleased that we were able to make this happen. For the remainder of January we’ll be putting the finishing touches on our bright, beautiful studio (and also our new website), and plan to unveil it all to you by the time we each commence our classes in February.

For my part, I’ve scheduled a whole year’s worth of Zentangle classes and Tangle Club gatherings through 2025, many of which are now open for registration on my online storefront (and for those of you not located in Windsor, you’ll see that I have lots of online options available for you as well). This year I’m also offering some Zentangle class and Tangle Club bundle options for students wishing to sign up for several sessions at once, which I hope will be helpful from a budgeting perspective.

Thank you all for your support of both my art and my teaching throughout the years. With this new development, I look forward to welcoming many of you to our sweet new studio space in the coming days!
