Note: Introduction to Zentangle provides the foundation for all of my Zentangle and Zentangle-Inspired Art (ZIA) offerings and is an ideal starting point for new students. While completion of an introductory class is recommended, students are welcome to register for any of my classes regardless of prior experience.
In this Zentangle-Inspired Art (ZIA) class (inspired by the original “Zentilly Jardin des Fleurs” class taught by Theresa Montoya Marshall, CZT as part of the CZT : AE 2022 Masterclass), students will create an elegant black Zentangle Apprentice (4.5″/114mm square) paper tile with a delicate design reminiscent of white lace openwork fabric, using a selection of tangle patterns, tools, and techniques to suggest traditional features such as eyelet, mesh, and cut linen.
IN-PERSON classes are held at Artful3 Studio (#2-1156 Wyandotte Street East, Windsor, Ontario, Canada). Required supplies will be provided and/or available for use in class.
ONLINE classes are hosted on Zoom, with supply and login information sent via e-mail to registered students. Supplies are NOT included in the cost of online classes. Students will be given a full list of required supplies (including alternative options), and may opt to either provide their own or purchase supplies online from me for local (Windsor, Ontario) pickup.
All of my classes and events currently open for registration may be accessed through the links below.
If you are interested in scheduling an individual or private group class, either in-person or online, please contact me – I’d love the opportunity to work with you!
